TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following...- I (vivimawz) reserve the right to refuse service or the continuation of service at any time- I reserve the right to use your commission for advertising (commission examples, portfolio)- You must be at least 16 years or older (18+ for NSFW)
ID required for all NSFW content- I only work with clear, digital reference sheets- NO written descriptions, traditionally-drawn refs, or any generative AI work-You may never feed any work you receive from me into any AI softwares for any reason- Using my art to make merchandise to sell is NOT allowed unless discussed beforehand with me. Additional marketing fees may apply for proper rights. (Personal use is totally ok and free of any charge!)- If you are to break any of the Terms written on this page, it is cause for immediate termination of work and you will be blacklisted from working with me further- I reserve the right too make changes to these Terms of Service at anytime

PAYMENT
- Payments are sent through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal
(preference in that order)- Payment is required in full before I start any work or add you to my queue- I don't do refunds. I am not a company, I use the money from commissions to live! Please make sure you are financially confident before solidifying a commission with me- I don't accept payment plans
PROCESS/WHAT TO EXPECT
- Before any payment is sent, we will work out all details needed! I.e. character(s), poses, expressions, vibes or the mood of the piece, possible backgrounds and more- Work in progresses (WIPs) of each stage of the art will be sent to the commissioner for approval before work is continued- Turn-around-time can vary widely. As little as a week, up 2 months. I keep my commissioners updated on delays- I am open to making edits to a piece throughout the entire commission process, within reason. Never be scared to ask!- My art queue is always available for reference, check where you are in line or the progress of your art there! Alternatively, feel free to reach out personally for updates anytime
